This product is a detection paper for screening tests of the total bacterial count as specified by the Food Sanitation Act. The calculation of the total bacterial count is estimated by multiplying the number of red spots that appear on the detection paper by the respective coefficients for "water quality testing," "food samples," and "utensils, containers, and hands," to determine the total bacterial count per 1g or 1ml.
